Coaching
The EMPR (Emotion Memory Pattern Release) Method is a structured six-step approach to trauma recovery, designed to help individuals heal by addressing the root causes of emotional pain. Through the six steps, clients are guided to identify and release stored emotional memories, recognize repeating patterns, and develop healthier responses to triggers. This method focuses on empowering individuals to transform emotional memories that hold them back, allowing for greater resilience and inner peace. By systematically releasing old patterns, the EMPR Method fosters deep healing and personal growth, equipping clients to navigate life with renewed confidence and clarity.
Group Facilitator – Couples & Connection Work
As a Group Facilitator, I create safe and supportive spaces where couples can explore connection, communication, and intentional touch. This discipline blends the structure of teaching with the flexibility of experiential learning, allowing participants to practice new skills in real time while feeling guided, encouraged, and cared for.
Facilitation is different from simple instruction — it’s about reading the energy of the room, meeting each couple where they are, and gently guiding them toward deeper awareness and ease. In the Date Night setting, group facilitation helps couples not only learn massage techniques but also discover how to listen, respond, and co-create moments of intimacy and relaxation together.
